We do not perform water extraction, structural drying, mold remediation, smoke or odor treatment, or emergency board-up. That work is completed by licensed specialty firms before we begin. We start once a property has been dried, cleared, and released for rebuild.

We are a licensed Georgia general contractor. We handle insurance-funded reconstruction after a loss, plus kitchens, baths, additions, basement build-outs, ADA renovations, and commercial projects across the Atlanta metro and West Georgia. We do not perform mitigation or remediation. Those are completed by licensed specialty firms before we begin.
Do you work directly with insurance companies?
Yes — we work with every major carrier. We meet your adjuster on site, review the scope line-by-line against Xactimate pricing, and file supplements when items are missed. You can also authorize direction-of-payment so we're paid directly by the carrier.
