Our team brings deep experience across construction, real estate investing, and insurance reconstruction. We've rebuilt homes across the Atlanta metro and West Georgia for eight years. Our license is on the door (GA GC License GCCO008663, Qualifying Agent GCQA008662), and we run our own crews on every project.

Most rebuilds go sideways when the homeowner has to coordinate a roofer, a framer, a drywaller, a painter, a plumber, an electrician, and a flooring company themselves. We don't work that way. Peridot Assist runs every phase of your project — assessment, demolition, framing, mechanicals, finishes — under one project manager. You get one phone number to call, and one team accountable for the result.

What we do, and what we don't.

Peridot Assist is a licensed Georgia general contractor. We perform reconstruction.

We do not perform water extraction, structural drying, mold remediation, smoke or odor treatment, or emergency board-up. That work is completed by licensed specialty firms before we begin. We start once a property has been dried, cleared, and released for rebuild.
