Peridot Assist Vendor Agreement

Before being assigned to Peridot Assist jobs, all vendors and subcontractors must acknowledge our scheduling, conduct, quality, and termination terms.

This agreement is required for every vendor or subcontractor that works on Peridot Assist projects. It covers:

  • Scheduling expectations and on-site conduct.
  • Quality standards and rework responsibility.
  • Payment terms and termination / backup provisions.

Sign and date at the bottom. Once received, we will add you to the active vendor roster.
