Roughly half our work is insurance reconstruction: rebuilding a property after a covered loss, funded by the carrier's estimate. The other half is retail renovation, from kitchens and baths to additions and basement build-outs. Both go through the same project manager and the same schedule.

Peridot Assist is a licensed Georgia general contractor. We perform reconstruction.
We do not perform water extraction, structural drying, mold remediation, smoke or odor treatment, or emergency board-up. That work is completed by licensed specialty firms before we begin. We start once a property has been dried, cleared, and released for rebuild.

Do you work in Newnan regularly?
Yes. We are based in Fayetteville, a short drive from Newnan, and we work here every week. Coweta County is part of our core service area, and we can usually walk a property within a business day of your call.
My property had a loss. Can you handle the rebuild?
Yes, that is the majority of what we do. We take over once the property has been dried, cleared, and released for rebuild by the specialty firm that handled that phase. From there we manage every trade through the final walkthrough.
Will you deal with my insurance company for me?
Yes. We review the carrier estimate line by line against current local pricing, document and file supplements for items that were missed, and you can authorize direction-of-payment so the carrier pays us directly.
Do you take retail projects, not just insurance work?
We do. Kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, decks, ADA and aging-in-place remodels, and commercial tenant improvements are all in scope, whether or not a claim is involved.
