What the carrier's estimate is, and what we do with it.
Your adjuster writes the repairs in estimating software called Xactimate. It is broken out by room, and each line is one item of work: remove and replace drywall, paint walls, install baseboard, replace flooring. Each line has a quantity, a unit and a price.
We walk your Jonesboro home with that estimate in hand, compare every line in every room to what is actually there, and confirm the measurements and items match. Where they line up, the scope is straightforward. Where they don't, we document the difference with photos, measurements and line-by-line pricing and send the adjuster a supplement. A revised estimate follows. This is a normal step on many claims and it moves the file forward.

We do not perform water extraction, structural drying, mold remediation, smoke or odor treatment, or emergency board-up. That work is completed by licensed specialty firms before we begin. We start once a property has been dried, cleared, and released for rebuild.
